Chef De Cuisine Steve Hoogeboom from Grace restaurant in Dallas Fort-Worth has been making bread since the early days of his childhood. We’re here to show you one of his most innovative and inspired recipes some are now calling “Bun-sushi,” but inspired by Northern European flavors. Made using thin rye rough rolled with cured salmon and cream cheese, topped with dill for color as well as flavor, we can bet you’ve never had a sushi roll quite like it.
